2. “Illegal” (Not according to or authorized by law) “Alien” (A foreign-born resident who has not been naturalized and is still a subject or citizen of a foreign country).

So feel free to use these terms when referring to people who are in the U.S. illegally. You aren’t doing anything wrong!
