This is so typical of how Mexico continues to screw the U.S. - When our agents attempt to apprehend drug-dealing scum, such as in the case of border patrolmen Ramos and Compean; Mexico demands that they be prosecuted…and our gutless government caves in to those demands. El Paso Times - A spokesman for the Mexican Embassy in Washington said Thursday the suspect in the death of a Border Patrol agent from El Paso was set free because U.S. authorities did not seek his extradition or convey to the Mexican judge who released him that he was wanted on other charges.
A judge in Mexicali, Mexico, freed Jesus Navarro Montes, 22, who is wanted in the United States in the Jan. 19 death of Senior Border Patrol Agent Luis Aguilar Jr.
Ricardo Alday, spokesman for the Mexican Embassy in Washington, said Mexican federal officials are perplexed by Navarro’s release and are looking for him.
