DEL RIO, Texas (AP) - Mexican children have crossed the border in Del Rio for years to attend public school, using U.S. addresses to enroll illegally. But this year, school officials plan to kick them out.

Officials from the San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District stood at the border port that separates Del Rio from Ciudad Acuna, Mexico, and watched for school children entering the U.S. on Wednesday morning.

Parents were handed a letter, warning that their children will be withdrawn from school unless they provide proof of residence in the United States immediately.

I really don’t know why this would surprise anyone. Obama is determined to destroy this country and giving amnesty to 40 million or more illegal aliens would just be another nail in the coffin - that is if Iran or N. Korea don’t nuke us first. The first black (half-white) president in the history of our nation, will leave a legacy of cowardice in office. He scraps the missile-defense shield and licks the boots of our enemies. At the same time he continues to grab as much power as he can while ignoring the Constitution. I feel sorry for black folks who thought this man would be a great president. Instead, his legacy will be one of condemnation. Our sworn enemy, Iran, is on the verge of developing an atomic bomb - Iran promises to wipe Israel off the map and at the same time Obama abandons our allies, the Czechs and Poland, by canceling the missile shield. My comments have nothing to do with racism, regardless of what Jimmy Carter the second-worst president in the history of this nation says. Believe me, I would be just as upset if Obama was white. Although it won’t happen with a Democratic-controlled Congress, Obama needs to be impeached, and right now before he destroys this country!

I am offended by and resent Juan Williams’ remarks tonight on O’Reilly about the Sons of Confederate Veterans. He implied that they are a racist group. This just goes to show that Williams knows nothing about the SCV and what they stand for - the SCV is a group, including Blacks and Hispanics, that honor the men who fought for the South in the Civil War. It has nothing to do with race, only a group of people who are honoring their heritage, but unlike the Black Panthers, La Raza, and LULAC, the SCV is only about preserving their heritage and they have no racial agenda, unlike the president of this country. If some had their way, the memory of the people of the South would be wiped from the history of this great nation. I, for one, don’t intend to let that happen!
