Obama sets end to US combat in Iraq by Sept. 2010

Friday, February 27th, 2009

Way to go king, now all our enemies have to do is wait until we are gone and then take over Iraq. Then, all the U.S. troops who have died over there, will have done so for no reason. Tell that to their families, King Obama! (See article below).

CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. (AP) – Declaring “I have come to speak to you about how the war in Iraq will end,” President Barack Obama on Friday moved to fulfill the defining promise of his campaign, announcing that all U.S. combat troops will be withdrawn by September 2010.

But in the same speech to Marines at Camp Lejeune, N.C., he revealed that the vast majority of those involved in the pullout will not leave this year. He also said that tens of thousands of U.S. personnel will remain behind afterward.

“The most important decisions that have to be made about Iraq’s future must now be made by Iraqis,” Obama told hundreds of Marines and officers at the sprawling base, which is deploying thousands of troops to the …

Come on King Obama, give it a rest already!

Friday, February 27th, 2009

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m getting a little sick and tired of seeing our new king on television. Every time I turn on the tube, there’s his face, showing that fake smile while he is screwing the American people. His new welfare bill has millions of dollars earmarked for the racist group La Raza and others, while planning to make it easy for 40 million illegal alien criminals to become citizens; ignoring the poor folks who’ve waited in line for years to do it the legal way. He refuses to secure our nation and cares more for our enemies than he does for those he swore to serve and protect. Come on King Obama, give it a rest; we really don’t care to see your smiling mug every single day!

Calderon: US should fix economy, then immigration

Friday, February 27th, 2009

Does this idiot, Calderon (pictured below), really believe that all Americans are stupid liberals? This man wants our economy fixed so that the millions of illegal aliens over here will continue to send money back to “Mek-e-co.” In the following article he says we shouldn’t even have a border, in other words, just let the illegal bastards continue to come here and take jobs away from American workers. Sadly, King Obama is all for it!  (See article below).

MEXICO CITY (AP) — President Felipe Calderon said Thursday he knows Barack Obama is committed to immigration reform, but that the best thing the American president can do - even for Mexicans [illegal aliens] - is to fix the U.S. economy.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Calderon said his pragmatism dictates that “the priority right now is to re-establish some kind of order in the economy.”

“Immigration reform is a commitment of President Obama; I know that and he told me that, and it could be a very good thing to do in favor of Mexico and other nations,” Calderon said in English. “But the best thing that President Obama and his government could do in favor of Mexico and the region is to solve the economic problem in the U.S.”

Calderon also said Mexico and the United States need to focus on creating jobs for all of their people rather than on stopping people from crossing borders. He said the economies cannot be separated.

“The American economy has abundant capital, and the Mexican economy is abundant in labor. One is a large economy, the other is a small economy. We are sharing 3,000 kilometers of border,” he said. “So it’s impossible to try to stop some kind of integration between …

Mexico sending extra troops to violent border city - just more hoodlums

Friday, February 27th, 2009

This is like bringing another gang of hoodlums to the city. The Mexican army is completely corrupt and many of its members have ties to the drug cartels, so they have no real desire to quell the violence. Fact is, they will probably add to it. We better put troops on this side, and fast!  (See article below).

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico (AP)Mexico will deploy extra troops and federal police to this violent city across the border from Texas where the police chief recently bowed to crime gang demands that he resign, the government said Wednesday.

Interior Secretary Fernando Gomez-Mont did not say how many more soldiers and police would be sent to Ciudad Juarez but promised that the reinforcements “would be visible to the residents.”

Gomez-Mont said the agents would be deployed in the coming weeks. His comments came after a meeting with officials in Ciudad Juarez, a city of 1.3 million inhabitants across the border from El Paso that has been battered by a wave of drug cartel-related violence.

More than 2,000 soldiers and 425 federal police are already operating in Chihuahua state, where Ciudad Juarez is located. The deployment is part of a nationwide crackdown on drug cartels that has grown to include more than 45,000 troops since …

Perry wants 1,000 more troops on border - it’s about time!

Friday, February 27th, 2009

The Mexican border should have been secured and remained that way after 9/11. I support Gov. Rick Perry - it’s about time that somebody stands up and says enough is enough! Perry has got my vote.  (See article below).

EL PASO, Texas (AP) - Gov. Rick Perry said Tuesday he has asked Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano to send resources and “1,000 more troops” to the border in Texas as violence continues to mount in northern Mexico.

“I’ve been in direct contact with Secretary Napolitano … and I’ve asked her for a substantial amount of technology, in the form of aviation assets as well as 1,000 more troops that we can commit to different parts of the border,” Perry told reporters after meeting with state, local, and federal authorities at the Chamizal National Monument, just across the Rio Grande from Ciudad Juarez.

When asked to clarify if he was referring to law enforcement or military resources, Perry said, “I really don’t care. As along as they are boots on the ground that are properly trained to …

Homeland Security official affirms Mexican violence has spilled over into Texas

Friday, February 27th, 2009

Well, I hate to say, “I told you so,” but guess what?  (See article below).

AUSTINViolence from Mexican drug cartels has spilled over into Texas, state Homeland Security Director Steve McCraw said Monday.

“Yes, absolutely it has occurred; there’s no question about it,” McCraw said after a hearing before the House Committee on Border and International Affairs.

McCraw answered lawmakers’ questions about Gov. Rick Perry’s request for another $135 million for border security operations on the same day Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott asked lawmakers for a new tool to help bring down transnational gangs that …

Chuck Norris: An Outlaw’s Worst Nightmare?

Chuck Norris is in tune with the majority of Americans. King Obama can forget about taking away the people’s right to defend themselves.

Obama and the Democrats are coming after your guns - your right to defend your family

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

My dad, now deceased, was a proud veteran of WWII - Dad always told me that the first thing Hitler did, after he took power in Germany, was to disarm the people. You liberals can smirk, laugh, or whatever, but your idol, King Obama, is going to try to do the same thing in this country. I guess there are still some liberal idiots in America who actually believe that criminals will turn in their guns. Unbelievable! Gun owners should join the NRA right now, and stay informed on what their congress persons are doing. People, you had better get involved before it’s too late! (See article below).

Subject: Right to own a gun

Remember,  The first step in establishing a dictatorship is to disarm the citizens. I don’t know which of you are gun owners (I am) but take a look.

Subject: Gun Law Update by Alan Korwin, Democrats have already leaked a gun-ban list.  Forward or send to every gun owner you know….

Gun Law Update by Alan Korwin,

Gun-ban list proposed.

Slipping below the radar (or under the short-term memory cap), the Democrats have already leaked a gun-ban list, even under the Bush administration when they knew full well it had no chance of passage (HR 1022, 110th Congress). It serves as a framework for the new list to the Brady’s plan to introduce shortly.

I have an outline of the Brady’s current plans and targets of opportunity, it’s horrific. They’re going after the courts, regulatory agencies, firearms dealers and statutes in an all out effort to restrict we the people. They’ve made little mention of criminals.

Now more than ever, attention to the entire Bill of Rights is critical. Gun bans will impact our freedoms under search and seizure, due process, confiscated property, states’ rights, free speech, right to assemble and more, in addition to the Second Amendment.

The Democrats current gun-ban-list proposal (final list will be worse):

Rifles (or copies or duplicates):

M1 Carbine, Sturm Ruger Mini-14, AR-15, Bushmaster XM15,  Armalite M15, AR-10, Thompson 1927, Thompson M1; AK, AKM, AKS, AK-47,  AK-74, ARM, MAK90, NHM 90, NHM 91, SA 85, SA 93, VEPR; Olympic Arms PCR;  AR70, Calico Liberty, Dragunov SVD Sniper Rifle or Dragunov SVU, Fabrique National FN/FAL, FN/LAR,or FNC, Hi-Point 20 Carbine, HK-91, HK-93, HK-94, HK-PSG-1, Thompson 1927 Commando, Kel-Tec Sub Rifle; Saiga, SAR-8, SAR-4800, SKS with detachable magazine, SLG 95, SLR 95 or 96, Steyr AU, Tavor, Uzi, Galil and Uzi Sporter, Galil Sporter, or Galil Sniper Rifle ( Galatz ).

Pistols (or copies or duplicates):

Calico M-110, MAC-10, MAC-11, or MPA3, Olympic Arms OA, TEC-9, TEC-DC9, TEC-22 Scorpion, or AB-10, Uzi. Shotguns (or copies or duplicates): Armscor 30 BG, SPAS 12 or LAW 12, Striker 12, Streetsweeper. Catch-all category (for anything missed or new designs):

A semiautomatic rifle that accepts a detachable magazine and has:

(i) a folding or telescoping stock,  (ii) a threaded barrel, (iii) a pistol grip (which includes ANYTHING that can serve as a grip, see below), (iv) a forward grip; or a barrel shroud.

Any semiautomatic rifle with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds (except tubular magazine .22 rimfire rifles).

A semiautomatic pistol that has the ability to accept a detachable magazine, and has: (i) a second pistol grip, (ii) a threaded barrel, (iii) a barrel shroud or (iv) can accept a detachable magazine outside of the pistol grip, and (v) a semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that can accept more than 10 rounds.

A semiautomatic shotgun with: (i) a folding or telescoping stock, (ii) a pistol grip (see definition below), (iii) the ability to accept a detachable magazine or a fixed magazine capacity of more than 5 rounds, and (iv) a shotgun with a revolving cylinder.

Frames or receivers for the above are included, along with conversion kits.

Attorney General gets carte blanche to ban guns at will: Under the proposal, the U.S. Attorney General can add any “semi-automatic rifle or shotgun originally designed for military or law enforcement use, or a firearm based on the design of such a firearm, that is not particularly suitable for sporting purposes, as determined by the Attorney General.”

Note that Obama’s pick for this office, Eric Holder, wrote a brief in the Heller case supporting the position that you have no right to have a working firearm in your own home. In making this determination, the bill says, “thereshall be a rebuttable presumption that a firearm procured for use by the United States military or any federal law enforcement agency is not particularly suitable for sporting purposes, and a firearm shall not be determined to be particularly suitable for sporting purposes solely because the firearm is suitable for use in a sporting event.”

In plain English this means that ANY firearm ever obtained by federal officers or the military is not suitable for the public.   This would include a .45 Colt semi-auto pistol!!!! The last part is particularly clever, stating that a firearm doesn’t have a sporting purpose just because it can be used for sporting purpose — is that devious or what? And of course, “sporting purpose” is a rights infringement with no constitutional or historical support whatsoever, invented by domestic enemies of the right to keep and bear arms to further their cause of disarming the innocent.

Respectfully submitted,

Rev. James Manning: Obama is No Abe Lincoln

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

The Rev. James Manning, my hero, is telling it like it is - listen to the man, he knows what he’s talking about.
